Joe has had better days. Not only has he lost his long haul trucking license, his well paying job and wife, he is hooked on bennies. After taking a job delivering a top secret bio-sludge, Joe would kill for a day of his lousy reality after getting in a car mishap with cokehead/actor Kip Brown, the toxic sludge is released, making anyone who comes into contact with it a blood lusting zombie.
